Speaker: Norman Daoust Requirements Risk: Business Analysts as anti-Super Heroes
Many business analysts act like Hercules, believing the entire burden of requirements falls solely on their shoulders. In this interactive presentation attendees will learn how to create a requirements risk log, and identify risk avoidance and mitigation strategies for their most difficult requirements challenges. Attendees should bring a writing utensil and a clipboard or pad on which to write.
